We are only a very small, single operated business and therefore do not have the manpower or finances to offer returns or refunds particularly on any original or art reproductions. We will do our upmost to ensure that the product you have purchased is of the highest quality. However, if you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, and the item is still available in stock, we will do our best to replace the damaged item. Items, such as art apparel, that are soiled, worn or tampered with will not be accepted for return and exchange.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will not be refunded. Please refer to the sections relating to "Returns" and "Exchanges".
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
If you have selected the incorrect size upon checkout of our art apparel please email email@example.com, however any exchanges are subject to availability and all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, as per the below section on "Shipping".
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
