My studio based in Meanjin / Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All efforts are taken to ensure the greatest of care is undertaken in sending your ceramic purchases to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated upon checkout.

If you live local to inner Brisbane / Meanjin. I am happy to offer free pick up. Please enter FREE PICKUP at checkout and email at kathygardiner.art@gmail.com to discuss a suitable time for collection of your purchase.
FINE ART PRINTS NEED TO BE ORDERED EXCLUSIVELY
Fine art prints are required to be ordered and mailed separately from other orders (e.g. separate to art apparel orders) to ensure that they can be posted in rigid mailers so as not to damage/ bend the artwork.
Fine art prints are mailed in a rigid mailer and protected by a clear archival quality sleeve and backing board.
I would prefer not to use plastic, but unfortunately to retain the fine art quality of art prints they must be protected by archival quality protective packaging. On receipt of your fine art print please consider the environment and reuse these sleeves for future protection of much loved photos or artwork.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, I ship internationally - although at present, I am unable to provide better shipping rates beyond that of Australia International Post. Apologies, I hope to be able to provide a better and more economical shipping option for my international customers in future. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately I have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for information before ordering.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
No. I am a small business and unfortunately I do not have the man power nor the finances to accept returns should you change your mind.
